Pacific Activity Centre was established in support of the Government’s initiative to address the issue of the rapidly aging population in Singapore. We have established 11 centres in the heartlands throughout the island. Our activity centres are located at Woodlands, Punggol, Sengkang, Tampines, Yishun, Queenstown, Tiong Bahru, Bukit Panjang and Choa Chu Kang.

While the centres will specifically reach out to the estimated 3,000 elderly residents living in the studio apartments, we serve the estimated 30,000 residents within the immediate precinct as well as a further 150,000 who live within 500 m from our centres.  More than 400 seniors visited our centres daily and in 2018, we recorded more than 118,000 separate visits. The main objective is to help prevent social isolation amongst the elderly, with a focus on helping reduce the prevalence of depression and staving off dementia amongst our seniors.

Entrust has a substantial stake in two nursing homes with a total of more than 400 licensed beds. The homes are located at 6 Lengkok Bahru, off Jalan Bukit Merah and 21 Senja Road in Bukit Panjang.

The homes provide short-term convalescent and respite care, post-surgery step down care, as well as long-term stay and rehabilitation. Our homes are purpose built with lift services to all floors and well-ventilated wards. We have a spacious and hygienic environment, and activity areas for communal and social gatherings including a garden for outdoor strolls. Other amenities include shower trolleys for bed-bound residents, non-slip flooring and safety rails in toilets as well as physiotherapy equipment.
